Jim has worked in property development and financial services for over 20 years and has held advisory roles with some of Australia’s largest property development companies. Passionate about creating wealth for Landen’s customers and stakeholders, Jim is responsible for driving the company’s mandate of being the best, most respected, trusted and recognised Australian property business.
Rashed Panabig
Director
With over 15 years of experience in the property industry, Rashed is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the business. He is committed to leading a purpose-driven organisation that is motivated to create value for its customers and stakeholders, while remaining outcome-focused.
Crystal Feng
Financial Controller
Crystal is responsible for the overall financial management and operations of the company including risk management and opportunity forecasting to achieve Landen’s vision and strategic objectives. With over 15 years of experience in the finance and property industry, she is committed to delivering on our values and promises to our customers and stakeholders.
Stuart Bennett
Advisory Board
Stuart brings to the Board extensive strategic, financial and management experience and a passion for delivering residential projects to the highest standards. He is also a highly successful entrepreneur with various businesses in the property and construction industry. In 2000, Stuart established what is now one of Sydney’s largest and most successful interior fit out companies, specialising in high-end residential and commercial development projects.
Jude Jayatilake
Advisory Board
A senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in the property and funds management industry, Jude has worked with leading property and funds management companies in Australia and London. He has held head of finance, director, and chief financial officer roles in public and private markets, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Australia & New Zealand) and the Institute of Company Directors.
Lorraine Sarayeldin
Advisory Board
Lorraine has extensive property experience, including 18 years at global property company Lendlease. In 2017, Lorraine completed the Design Thinking program offered by the prestigious Stanford University, Hasso Plattner Institute of Design, where she mastered various design thinking methods and tools. In her most recent venture, Lorraine launched her own business, PomPom Paddock, manufacturing gluten free and plant-based innovative food, now available across retail stores in Australia.
